     the flying disc uniform low liquid feeding system makes the different kinds of liquid water film under the strong centrifugal force formed by high-speed rotating flying disc and cut by the flying disc into micron mist that sprays to the fabric surface at a high speed and penetrates into the fibrous coat of the fabric evenly, to recycle the mist quickly, make the cloth smooth with stable shrinkage rate, increase the gram weight and lower the energy consumption.

 1、整機均以優質304不銹鋼制成，專門設計特殊結構。

  the whole machine with special designed structure is made of 304# stainless steel.

 2、傳動系統采用小功率、高速馬達、高強度進口平面傳動帶，速度達到4000轉/分。

  the driving system makes use of low-power and high-speed motor and high-strengthen      imported flat transmission belt with 4000r/min rotation rate.

  采用小功率馬達、瑞士高強度耐磨平面傳動帶。

 3、飛碟裝配skf軸承，飛碟采用特種工程塑料（pet/r）精密注塑加工成型。

  the flying disc is assembled with skf bearing. and the flying disc is made by injection    moulding precisely with special engineering plastic（pet/r）.

 4、供液單元采用三菱變頻調速水泵，具有出水和回水裝置。

  the liquid feeding unit makes use of mitsubishi frequency control pump, with liquid feeding  and recycling devices.

     如今dbs-ufo飛碟式均勻低給液系統（加濕器），完全解決了“早期普通加濕器”存在的弊端，如：傳動皮帶、傳動皮帶輪、軸承、噴射物均勻、等問題都得到了進一進改善，大大降低了維修保養成本。分析如下：

now the dbs-ufo flying disc-type uniform low liquid feeding system (humidifier) fits the advantages of the early common humidifier perfectly, for example, the problems of the drive belt, the drive belt pulley, the bearing, the even spray and so on are solved to lower the maintenance cost greatly as below:

 1、軸承座安裝位置分析：如圖三中我們可以清晰看到“傳動軸套”與“主機架”之間用密封膠圈，螺母緊固。這樣有效解決了水與軸承座下半部分完全分離，有效提高了傳動皮帶輪及傳動皮帶的使用壽命。

analysis on bearing seat installation position: we can see clearly from the figure 3 that the driving sleeve and the main frame are fastened by o-ring seal and nut, which isolates the lower part of the bearing seat from the water fully to lengthen the service life of the drive belt pulley and the drive belt.

 2、軸承安裝位置分析：具備軸承座安裝位置的優越性，軸承安裝位置設在軸承座下方更加有效的保護了軸承永遠與水隔離的優勢，有效提高了軸承的使用壽命。

 3、ufo飛碟優點分析：ufo飛碟采用特種工程塑料精密注塑加工成型，具備超強剛性及耐磨性，紋理清晰不容易被磨損，**堵塞清洗方便。

一、    關于早期普通加濕器  vs 飛碟式加濕器技術對比 

contrast of early common humidifier and flying disc humidifier

普通加濕器結構分析 （如圖一）  analysis on structure of common humidifier (as figure 1)

   早期普通加濕器存在的弊端，有皮帶斷裂、傳動皮帶輪不正常磨損、軸承卡死、噴射不均勻、等問題導致維修率高，使用成本高。主要弊端分析如下：

   the advantages of the early common humidifiers such as break of belt, abnormal abrasion of drive belt, jam of bearing and uneven spray lead to high repair rate and high maintenance cost, as below:

 1、軸承卡死分析：噴盤受到強大的離心力作用形成水膜過程中，有一小部分水霧未能完全噴射出去從而滲透到軸承內部，導致軸承內部潤滑油脂流失，軸承鋼珠與鋼圈于磨，鋼珠變形產生噪聲大，軸承卡死。

  analysis on bearing jam: during the water film forming under the strong centrifugal force, a little mist can not be sprayed out and permeates through the inner part of bearing, leading to the loss of lubricate inside the bearing. thus the steel balls will grind the steel ring, causing deformation of the steel balls to jam the bearing.

 2、皮帶斷裂分析：進口哈伯斯皮帶的正常使用壽命為1.5-2年，在加濕器使用過程中壽命約為6－10個月，主要原因是，只要有一個軸承卡死都會產生三個噴盤皮帶輪之間有轉速差導致皮帶不正常磨損產生皮帶斷裂。

 analysis on belt break: the imported habasit belt can be used for 1.5 to 2 years normally, and 6 to 10 months during the use of humidifier, because even only one jammed bearing will lead to the abnormal rotation rate of the 3 belt pulleys of the spray plate and the abnormal abrasion of the belt will cause the break of the belt.

 3、噴射不均勻分析：

  analysis on spray unevenness:

 1.軸承卡死或軸承不靈活，噴盤轉速過低導致無法完全把水切割成微米級水霧。

 jammed or dumb bearing: overlow rotation speed of spray plate can not cut the water into micron mist wholly.

 2.“上分水盤”與“下分水盤”之間的縫隙小容易殘留污跡，紋路與水產生較大磨損，導致紋理不清。

 the too small gap between upper water separator and lower water separator will make smudge remained. the bigger abrasion of water on grains will make them not clear.
