性能特點

1.整機為機組框架式結構，機器長度可根據生產需要選擇。

2.交流變頻無極調速，前牽引、涂布、復合牽引、收卷等多點同

  步控制。

3.plc程序控制與人機界面的完美組合，具有精確、靈敏、易操

  作、抗干擾等優點。

4.涂布方式根據實際工藝要求，可采用逗號輥、計量輥、網線輥、

  線繞棒、氣刀等多種計量涂布方式。

5.烘干部分為分段獨立恒溫干燥系統，可采用熱風循環或紅外輻

  射等多種加熱方式；每溫區自動控制溫度，可調式循環進排氣

  系統。

6.烘箱內導輥采用主從雙滑安裝方式，與主機同步傳動；烘箱可

  采用兩側開門或者氣缸頂開式，雙側操作維護平臺及防護欄。

7.自動計數、自動升降速、自動斷帶檢測、自動故障報警、氣動

  元件自動離合等。

8.收放卷采用雙工位翻轉式或單工位液壓升降式，料卷采用氣脹

  軸方式裝卸。

performance characteristics:

   such as comma scraper coating, metering roller, veins roller, stick

   coating and air bells doctor, ect.

5.this machine adopts separately constant temperature drying system

   and various kinds of heating types, such as hot air cycling heating,

   ir heating, ect; automatically controlling temperature in each

   temperature zone, adjustable cycling in-out air system.

6.inner leading roller of oven adopts double gilde assembing type

   and drives with main machine synchronously; oven adopts door-

   opening on two sides or air cylinder pushing opening, operation

   platforms and defence grilles on both sides.

7.auto counting, auto rising and decreasing speed, auto tape-broken

   inspection, auto error alarm,pneumatic components auto on-off.

8.rewinding and unwinding adopt double working positions turning

   type or single working postion hydraulic pressing lift-drop type,

   materials loading&unloading by air shafts.
